Returns

If you wish to return or exchange an item, the process is simple:

Return Conditions:

• Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt.

• Products must be unused and in their original packaging.

• Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.

How to Return:

1. Email us at info@jecrois.store with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

2. We will reply with our return address and instructions for sending your package.

3. Once we receive the returned item, we will refund the cost of the product via your original payment method (excluding shipping costs).
